Gehäuselager_Bearing_Units.jpg
Strictly speaking, bearing housings an be described as a "Bearing housing unit", as these are radial ball bearings with seals that are inserted into a prefabricated housing. The installed bearing is therefore also referred to as a "bearing insert". Bearing housings can support axial and radial loads and are also suitable for one-off compensation of misalignments. The bearing inserts are always filled with lubricant.

Housing + bearing insert + seal = unit

They are characterised by the following advantages:

  • Relubrication --> One insert for both dimensional systems (J + EU)

  • Increased flexibility
  • Compensation of misalignments
  • Among the top 3 on the market
